EMDR Trauma Therapy for TAC & WorkSafe Clients

Accelerated trauma recovery after motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and critical incidents.

At Lumify Health, we specialise in helping individuals recover emotionally from traumatic incidents through short-term, evidence-based EMDR Intensives. Whether your client has experienced a workplace accident, assault, vehicle collision, or vicarious trauma on the job, we offer structured therapy to help process the trauma and support a safe, sustainable return to work.

We welcome referrals from TAC and WorkSafe Victoria and can provide timely, targeted treatment in both in-person and Telehealth formats.

    • Pain catastrophising and the trauma-pain connection

    • Secondary trauma in first responders, nurses, or carers

    • Return-to-work anxiety and fear of re-injury

  • formats are tailored and ideal for TAC and WorkSafe clients who need structure, clarity, and progress within a short treatment window. The program includes:

    • 15-minute screening call and 2 x 90-minute preparation and planning sessions

    • EMDR Intensive (half-day, full-day, or multi-day format)
