Guidebooks have been designed by an EMDR Consultant and provide structured preparation activities, client-friendly explanations, and guided reflection tools and worksheets that can complement the preparation and integration work you undertake with clients.
Lumify guidebooks are usually offered as part of their EMDR therapy or EMDR Intensive preparation materials. The guidebooks can be provided to clients prior to treatment or used as a reference during the course of therapy, with clinics often including the cost of the guidebook within their service fee. Alternatively, therapists can make copies available for clients to purchase.
